We are currently looking for individuals interested in working with us in the position of:
Business Development Manager
About You:
-
You have several years of experience in B2B sales (corporate or business clients)
-
You know how to build long-term business relationships
-
You combine strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels of an organization
-
You know how to work towards sales targets
-
You have excellent organizational, negotiation, and time management skills
-
You are fluent in English (both spoken and written), at least at B2 level
Nice to have:
-
Experience working in international markets
-
Knowledge of the recruitment/HR industry
As a Business Development Manager:
-
You acquire new business clients (selling Antal's services and products)
-
You conduct pricing negotiations
-
You identify and define clients’ needs and provide consultancy on proposed solutions

You maintain relationships with existing clients
-
You represent the company at conferences and other industry events (in Czech Republic and abroad)
