About the job:

Join the great team in the production plant (approx. 600 employees) which operates in the field of engineering. You will report directly to the HR Manager and act as the direct deputy to the HR Manager. The HR department counts 5 people in total and also Payroll Department (2 people).

  • Recruitment Agenda:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for white-collar positions.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job profiles.
    • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews to ensure a qualified candidate pool.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to job offer.

     

  • On-boarding Process:

    • Design and execute on-boarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture.
    • Coordinate orientation sessions, training programs, and mentorship initiatives.
    • Provide ongoing support to new employees, addressing queries and concerns during the on-boarding phase.
  • Off-boarding Process:

    • Develop and oversee off-boarding procedures, including exit interviews and documentation.
    • Analyze turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure a seamless exit process.
  • Evaluation Interviews:

    • Conduct performance evaluation interviews with employees and managers.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations for professional development and performance improvement.
  • Marketing Activities and Social Media Management:

    • Develop and implement marketing activities to enhance the employer brand.
    • Manage and curate content for social media platforms to attract top talent.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align HR initiatives with overall company branding.
  • Feedback Gathering:

    • Establish mechanisms for gathering feedback from employees on various HR processes.
    • Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Meetings with Management:

    • Regularly meet with management to understand business goals and align HR strategies accordingly.
    • Provide HR insights and recommendations to contribute to organizational success.
  • Employee Well-being:

    • Implement initiatives to enhance the overall well-being of employees.
    • Collaborate with relevant departments to address employee concerns and improve workplace satisfaction.
  • Advertising:

    • Develop and execute advertising strategies for recruitment campaigns.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of advertising channels and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Communication with Personnel Agencies:

    • Establish and maintain relationships with personnel agencies for talent acquisition purposes.
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with external recruitment partners

Requirements for the position:

►    Previous experience in similar role in HR, preferably in production environment 

►    Fluent Czech or Slovak language, English on level at least B2

►    Good communication skills, open personality
