Antal International is seeking a Partnership Manager for a rapidly expanding startup transitioning into a scale-up with a European footprint.

Position Overview:
The Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive revenue, increase brand awareness, and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, including vendors, suppliers, distributors, and other relevant partners.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize partnership opportunities.
- Manage partner relationships, including contract negotiation, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
- Continuously evaluate partnership performance and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in partnership management or business development roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
