For our client, an ambitious and fast-growing gaming startup, Antal International is looking for an experienced Animator to join their new project either fully remotely or in Milan. They are aiming to create a social media platform tailored for gamers by connecting the metaverse and virtual reality, involving very innovative projects and technologies.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience with Unreal Engines and a good understanding of game animation systems
- Blueprint skills
- Knowledge of motion capture systems like Move AI
- Knowledge of artistic human anatomy and motion
- Experience in automating animation workflows
- Experience with physics-based animations/ragdolls
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain control rigs, animation blueprints & state machines
- Create animation montages & blend spaces
- Utilize Unreal Engine to design and build animation systems and behaviors.
- Actively collaborate with design, programming, and creative direction teams.
- Effectively communicate and document animation processes and recommended practices.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry-specific animation technologies and share acquired knowledge.
