Antal International is seeking a Key Account Manager for a rapidly expanding startup transitioning into a scale-up with a European footprint.
This company pioneers digital accessibility solutions, driven by a belief in inclusion, communication, and diversity. Utilizing technology to enhance efficiency, they prioritize the human aspect of their work, recognizing it as their core strength. Collaborating closely with clients, they innovate processes with a human-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with medium and large clients, ensuring their needs are understood and serviced to a high standard.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying and actively pursuing new opportunities to expand market presence and contribute to company growth.
- Engage in strategic planning, employing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Foster interdepartmental collaboration to facilitate efficient communication and optimal management of customer requests.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in similar roles, preferably within the B2B sector.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of surpassing sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and competition within the relevant sector.
- Proficiency in English is required.
