What You'll Do:
- Take charge of project implementation, overseeing the custom production of traction substations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop and refine project specifications, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Lead the project lifecycle from start to finish – from initialization and planning to execution, handover, and evaluation.
- Build and manage a dynamic project team, ensuring effective communication and resource optimization.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring flawless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates on project status, driving change management as needed.
- Ensure smooth project handover and output, managing financial resources, costs, and revenues with precision.
- Keep a tight rein on schedule and costs, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Embrace service trips to customer sites, further solidifying our commitment to excellence.

Requirements for the position:
- A degree in Electrical field, coupled with at least 4 years of project management experience (ideally in rolling stock, power systems, or electricity distribution).
- Fluency in English, with a knack for effective communication and negotiation.
- A solid understanding of project management standards and methodologies.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, MS Project, or other project management tools.
- A valid driving license – ready to hit the road for customer visits.
- An organized, structured personality with a flexible approach to challenges.
